Russian entrepreneur Artur Martirosyan created a developer company on the temporarily occupied left bank of Kherson Oblast .

On November 21 in Henichesk they registered LLC “Specialized developer “Art Grupp-KO” (Rus. – ООО СЗ “Арт Групп-ХО”). The company’s authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles.
According to the business connections system YouControl.World, the director of this company is a resident of the Russian city of Krasnodar, Nikita Goryachev. There he manages companies engaged in stone extraction, aircraft maintenance, buying and selling real estate, etc.
The owner of LLC “SD “Art Grupp-KO” is Russian entrepreneur and developer Artur Martirosyan. He is better known as the head of a number of construction companies in Krasnodar Krai. The largest of them – GC “Art Grupp”.
According to open sources, several companies associated with Martirosyan have arbitration cases or lawsuits. Some of Martirosyan’s companies are unprofitable.
A similar Russian developer has already registered business in the TOT of Kherson region. There already exists LLC “SD “Ferrumstroy” with owners – citizens of the Russian Federation.
Note that recently the occupation authorities of the left bank of Kherson region have been constantly announcing plans to build new facilities. In particular, recently they planned to construct a residential complex in Henichesk. For this, the Russians create companies to which the occupation authorities then transfer huge plots of land.
