In the temporarily occupied village Henicheska Hirka in the TOT of Kherson region, a company producing concrete was illegally registered.
Information about this is posted in Russian registers.
On October 22, LLC “Генресурс” was registered, the primary activity of which is the production of ready-mix concrete.
The company’s director is listed as Arutyun Pepoyan, a Russian of Armenian descent.
According to the analytical system YC World, Pepoyan is registered in Novorossiysk and previously managed a company that repaired electrical equipment.
The owner of LLC “Генресурс” is listed as Shalva Gibradze – a Russian billionaire of Georgian origin. He is the owner of the Russian industrial-metallurgical company “Новоросметалл” and has a reputation as an oligarch close to the former leadership of the Russian state bank “Россельхозбанк”. As Russian sources write, Gibradze built his business empire by obtaining huge loans from that bank.
He also had connections with high-ranking officials and was implicated in high-profile corruption and personal scandals.
It should be noted that companies specializing in concrete production most often receive orders related to the construction of fortifications. So, it is likely that another controlled concrete company was needed by the Russian authorities to meet military needs.
