The released footage shows the aftermath of a strike on a critical energy infrastructure facility.
Recall, the Kherson thermal power plant stopped operating on the morning of December 4. Currently 470 buildings remain without centralized heating supply – this is more than 40.5 thousand subscribers. The city authorities are considering options for alternative heating for those homes that were previously connected to the CHP.
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that due to constant shelling the restoration of the CHP cannot be predicted.
