An unknown investor from Moscow intends to establish on the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region a plant for processing raw materials and bottling perfumery and cosmetic products.
This is reported by Russia-controlled media.
It is claimed that the amount of investment in the project could allegedly be about 300 million Russian rubles. Currently, according to their statements, the initiative is going through initial approval and preparatory stages.
Project representatives claim that construction and commissioning of the plant may take about one and a half years. Another two years are needed to grow and obtain the first harvest of plant raw materials.
The occupation media also claim that they plan to “cooperate” with private farms that allegedly grow organic raw materials on the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region, as well as in Crimea, Rostov Oblast and Krasnodar Krai.
