The Russian “Unified Institute of Spatial Planning” has developed a planning project for the southern part of the city of Skadovsk. On a 46.6-hectare area along Popovycha Street in the occupied city they propose to form three new residential blocks.
This was reported by the occupation administration of Kherson Oblast.
Multi-storey buildings 5–10 floors high are planned to be placed in the center of the site, mid-rise development at the intersection of Horkoho and Nezalezhnosti streets, and also near Nychyk Lane.
This concerns a vacant lot at the city’s exit.

A year ago the Russians already reported that in the temporarily occupied city of Skadovsk on the left bank of Kherson Oblast they plan to build 12 multi-storey buildings comprising 6,500 apartments.
