A resident of Mykolaiv, Dmytro Holtsov, has been notified of suspicion of collaborationism — he held leadership positions in the occupation police of Kherson.
The text of the suspicion was published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
The investigation established that he, supporting Russia’s occupation policy, arrived in temporarily occupied Kherson no later than June 2022 to be employed in illegally established law enforcement bodies.
Subsequently, according to law enforcement, Holtsov voluntarily assumed the position of the so-called deputy head of the main directorate — head of the public safety police in the occupation Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Kherson Oblast.
Also, in accordance with the order of the occupation administration dated 30 June 2022, he was appointed «temporarily performing the duties of deputy head of the police department “Korablevnyi”» in Kherson.
The suspect’s actions were qualified under Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — collaborationist activity.
Recall, investigators of the SBU Directorate in Kherson Oblast announced a new suspicion against the head of the illegal election commission in Ivanivka, Iryna Zamolotnieva.
