During February, the air defense unit of the 40th Separate Marine Brigade, which operates in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, destroyed 95 aerial targets.

According to published data, the military struck 40 strike drones of the “Shahed” and “Gerbera” types, one UAV “Lancet”, 52 “Molniya” drones and two “Albatrosses”.
The unit noted that thanks to the work of air defenses, it was possible to preserve infrastructure and ensure relative safety in the region’s populated areas.
Earlier it was reported that units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the night of January 22 struck a drone storage facility in Novohryhorivka on the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region.
