The occupiers promise to build three new residential neighborhoods in the southern part of Skadovsk.
Pro-Russian media report this.
“In the center there will be 8–10-storey development, on the edges — 5–8-storey buildings. The neighborhoods will include children’s and sports playgrounds, parking, and within walking distance — a kindergarten, a school, a clinic and public and business facilities,” the post states.
The project is allegedly being developed by Russia’s Unified Institute of Spatial Planning.
The occupation authorities also promise to reconstruct the recreation center “Pribiy” and create a landscape park “with a family club, a shop, a recreation area, a cascade of ponds and walking routes”.
Previously the occupiers had already promised to increase the area of green spaces in the Skadovsk urban community.
Before Russia’s full-scale invasion, up to 18 thousand people lived in Skadovsk. Now, by approximate estimates, — 5–8 thousand.
