For 2026, in the budget of the left-bank Kherson region the occupiers allocated over 590 million rubles for the maintenance and activities of controlled information and propaganda structures.
This is stated in the law of the occupation government of Kherson Oblast, which defines the region’s budget.
In particular, 290 million rubles are provided for the Tavriya TV and radio company, 90.9 million rubles — for the Information Center of Kherson Oblast, 49.7 million rubles — ANO “Kherson Telecom”, 21 million rubles — for the Center for Social Communications, 18 million rubles — for the Center for Social Advertising.
In addition, 64.3 million rubles are planned for the Youth Center “Patriot”, and another 60 million rubles — for the pro-Russian organization “Young Guard of United Russia”.
Recall, in 2026 the revenues of the budget of the TOT of Kherson Oblast are planned at the level of 40.1 billion rubles, expenditures — 41.5 billion rubles, the deficit will amount to over 1.4 billion rubles.
