In the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, the number of complaints about the work of financial institutions has increased.
Pro-Russian media report this.
Residents of the left bank of the region allegedly filed 34 official complaints with the Bank of Russia regarding the actions of financial organizations — one and a half times more than in the same period last year.
Most complaints – 23 – concerned the operation of banks.
“This year the region recorded a new problem: four complaints were related to difficulties with funds being credited through ATMs and with card payments. In 2023–2024 there were no such appeals. Residents also complained about the blocking of cards and transfers — the Bank of Russia explains this by measures to counter fraud”, – the article says.
Earlier the occupation governor Volodymyr Saldo said that occupied Kherson region allegedly is a leader in the development of banking institutions.
