In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, the Russians plan to gradually raise tariffs for water supply and sewerage.
This is reported by pro-Russian media.
According to the occupiers, current tariffs are 39 rubles for water supply and 22 rubles for wastewater disposal, but they do not cover the enterprise’s costs.
«The costs are high, and the unit cost, by our calculations, is at least around 70 rubles per cubic meter, so a phased increase in tariffs will be necessary», — said the general director of the occupation «Oblvodokanal» Ihor Noskov.
Recall, earlier in September the occupation governor of the Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, announced an increase in tariffs for housing and communal services on the left bank.
It was previously reported that the occupation authorities had already raised tariffs for communal services for the population by 25% in the first half of 2025.
Earlier it became known that in temporarily occupied Kakhovka on the left bank of the Kherson region residents complained that they do not receive any communal services, yet are forced to pay for them in full.
