The municipal enterprise “Kherson Municipal Transport Service” of the Kherson City Council received for use a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle, year of manufacture 2014.
The corresponding order was published on the website of the Kherson City Military Administration.
According to the document, the vehicle was transferred free of charge into the municipal ownership of the Kherson city territorial community from the public organization “KYIV DEFENDERS”, after which the vehicle was assigned to the municipal enterprise “Kherson Municipal Transport Service” under the right of usufruct for a term of five years.
The vehicle will be entered on the enterprise’s balance sheet and will be used to meet the primary needs of residents, in particular of a community that is classified as a territory of active hostilities, where state electronic information resources operate, and which is in conditions of immediate proximity to the front line, constant enemy shelling and drone attacks, related to preventing emergencies, eliminating their consequences and providing urgent assistance to those affected, etc.
The enterprise is obliged to carry out the state registration of the vehicle, keep its records and annually report on its use in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
The total value of the vehicle amounts to 285,000 hryvnias.
As a reminder, the municipal enterprise “Three Wells” of the Kherson City Council received for use a Fiat Ducato 15, 2003 model year.
