Former entrepreneur from the village of Hryhorivka in Kakhovka district, Ivan Yanovych, founded a so-called trade union of education workers on the left bank of the Kherson region.
Information about this is posted in Russian registers.
Yanovych registered the trade union on October 24 in temporarily occupied Henichesk.
According to the analytical system YouControl, in the 2000s Ivan Yanovych created in Hryhorivka the farming enterprise “Chayka Yug”, which was engaged in growing grain crops. Legally, this enterprise still operates to this day.
Judging by Yanovych’s social media, after 2014 he moved to occupied Crimea, then to Russia, and lived there until 2022 when Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began.
According to open sources, after the start of the invasion Yanovych arrived in occupied Kherson region and began cooperating with the illegal authorities. He became a homeroom teacher and a teacher of physics and computer science at the Hryhorivka school that was seized by the Russians. He also worked at the seized Henichesk Medical College.

In addition, according to the business-connection system YouControl.World, last year Yanovych registered under Russian law as a private entrepreneur and engaged in the trade of electrical appliances. He is also listed as the head of the non-profit organization “Molodezhny vzlet”.
And on his social networks he stated that he is the head of the branch of the party “A Just Russia – Patriots – For Truth” in the so-called Chaplynskyi municipal district.
Earlier we wrote that a former serviceman of the Russian army headed a department in the illegally created Russian district on the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.
