The female athletes of the youth sports school “Ukraine” of the Kherson City Council demonstrated strong results at two prestigious tournaments.

At the All-Ukrainian tournament of the Tennis Federation of Ukraine in Knyazhychi, Kyiv region, Maria Bielenka won first place among athletes under 16 and became the champion of the competition.
In Lutsk, at the Ukrainian weightlifting championships among men and women, Sofiya Maistrenko won three bronze medals – in the snatch, the clean and jerk, and in the total of the two lifts.
