Pupils of the Children’s and Youth Physical Training Club No. 5 of the Kherson City Council became prize-winners at the Poltava Region Open Kyokushin Karate Championship.

Athletes from Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Kharkiv and Poltava participated in the competitions.
As a result of the matches, Yaroslav Bilyi and Andriy Salimov won first places in their categories, and Damir Hryshan took second place.
The team was coached by Mykhailo Chernov.
Recall, a pupil of Kherson Children’s and Youth Physical Training Club No. 5, Mykyta Furyk became the winner of the Open Cup of Ukraine in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
