The Kherson City Military Administration has decided to lease two land plots within the city.
This was announced in the order of the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslava Shank.
The first plot of 0.1147 ha was leased to the limited liability company «Tekhnadzor Ltd» for one year for agricultural use.
Land category — agricultural land. The annual rent is set at 12% of the normative monetary valuation of the land plot.
LLC «Tekhnadzor Ltd» was registered on 23 September 2010. The authorized persons are Andriy Shapovalov and Olha Ukraynets. The company’s main activities are engineering, geology, geodesy and technical consulting.
The second plot of 0.0285 ha was leased for one year to Kateryna Rudenko for a shop.
The land was in communal ownership and was previously leased to a sole proprietor. The annual rent is set at 5% of the normative monetary valuation of the land plot.
