The Department of City Marketing and Tourism of the Kherson City Council will buy a batch of flags four times cheaper than planned.
As indicated on Prozorro, the expected procurement cost initially amounted to 284,100 hryvnias, but as a result of the auction the price fell to 74,998 hryvnias.
Six entrepreneurs participated in the procurement. The lowest price during the auction was offered by Nadiya Nikolaienko from Kyiv region, so the Department of City Marketing signed the contract with her.
Thus, according to the contract, she was ordered 40 flags with state symbols, 30 – with local symbols, two large banners sized 2×3 meters and 10 “flags of hope”. In addition, the order includes 1,000 small flags.

Funding is provided from the budget of the Kherson community.
