Kherson City Military Administration approved the work plan of the city council’s Audit and Control Department for the first half of 2026.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
The document sets out the department’s tasks in the area of audit and control over the efficient use of property, financial resources, and other assets of executive bodies and municipal enterprises financed from the Kherson community’s budget.
In the first half of 2026, an analysis of the efficiency of the use of municipal enterprises’ functions and resources is planned. Inspections will run from March to June 2026, with special attention paid to the Kherson City Dental Polyclinic — its analysis is scheduled for March–April.
Control over the targeted use of humanitarian aid in the city’s medical institutions is also envisaged. Inspections will cover the municipal hospitals named after Afanasy and Olga Tropinykh, Ye. Ye. Karabelesh, and O. S. Luchansky in May–June 2026.
A preliminary analysis of the activities of executive bodies and municipal institutions regarding planned control measures will be carried out continuously. In addition, the department will organize ongoing activities and the execution of other tasks on a permanent basis.
Recall, in 2025 specialists of the Department of the Southern Office of the State Audit Service in Kherson region identified violations that resulted in losses of material and financial resources totaling 57.5 million hryvnias.
