The court delivered a verdict against Anton Havrashenko, a native of Kakhovka, who was building a career in the occupation authorities.
This is stated in the relevant court verdict.
The investigation found that in spring 2023 Havrashenko voluntarily put forward his candidacy from the Russian party “United Russia” in the illegal elections to local authorities. As a result of the pseudo-voting in September 2023 he became a deputy of the so-called Council of Deputies of the Kakhovka municipal district.

In July 2024 Havrashenko resigned his mandate to assume the position of head of the Department of Economy, Investments and Entrepreneurial Development»in the occupation administration of Kakhovka.
In the new position he handled the registration of enterprises under Russian laws, attracted investments from Russian entities, and forced local entrepreneurs to pay taxes to the budget of the occupation authorities.
He was also responsible for issuing permits for business movement within the 15-kilometer front-line zone, thereby facilitating the occupiers’ control over logistics in the region.
After examining the case materials, the court in absentia found Anton Havrashenko guilty of collaborationist activity (part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and aiding the aggressor state (part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
He was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all his property.
