The director of the municipal institution “Center for Social Support of Children and Families” of the Kherson Regional Council, deputy of the Dnipro District Council in the city of Kherson Volodymyr Sahaidak, most likely understated the value of a purchased car in his annual declaration.
This follows from a document posted in the NACP register.
Last year Sahaidak bought a 2016 Nissan Versa – its cost, according to the declaration, amounted to 20 thousand hryvnias.
At the same time, the market value of such a model in Ukraine today ranges from $7,800 to $9,500. The price depends on mileage, configuration and technical condition.
Volodymyr Sahaidak’s income in 2025 as head of the Center for Social Support of Children and Families amounted to 418,254 UAH. He also received 108,000 UAH in pension.
Sahaidak keeps $1,000 and €2,300 in bank accounts.
Recall, Volodymyr Sahaidak was elected as a deputy of the Dnipro District Council in the city of Kherson of the VIII convocation from the Political Party «Ihor Kolykhaiev’s Party «We Live Here!» in 2020.
At the same time, he became acting director of the communal institution of the Kherson Regional Council “Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children”, which last year was renamed the Center for Social Support of Children and Families.
During the Russian occupation of Kherson he remained in the city and, together with other staff of the institution was able to prevent the removal of the Center’s wards (52 children) to the Russian Federation.
