Kherson City Court will consider an administrative case involving Kherson City Council deputy Yuriy Poputko.
This is stated in an announcement published on the Sudova Vlada portal.
The deputy will be held liable for a violation of traffic rules that caused damage to vehicles, cargo, roads, streets, railway crossings, road structures, or other property.
Details of the case are not yet available in the registers.
The case, which was received by the court on February 4, 2025, is scheduled to be heard on February 24.
Note that according to information from the asset registers, Yuriy Poputko does not own a car. According to the 2021 declaration, he uses a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander 2010 that belongs to Nadiya Poputko.
