Children are evacuated together with their parents or legal representatives in accordance with the Family Code of Ukraine.
Control over compliance with the order and the conduct of the evacuation is entrusted to the heads of military administrations, the police and the State Emergency Service (DSNS), and the deputy head of the district administration Yulian Luchko directly monitors its implementation.
We remind, in Ukraine legislatively regulated the forced evacuation of children from zones of active hostilities even in case of parental refusal.
Also in the summer of 2025 in the Kherson region expanded the list of settlements in which mandatory evacuation of families was announced and entry was prohibited.
