On February 6, 2026, the Zavodskyi District Court of the city of Mykolaiv granted the motion of an investigator of the Henichesk police department regarding temporary access to documents and items related to the reconstruction of the property complex of the administrative building of the settlement council into an outpatient clinic of general practice and family medicine in Vysokopillia in the Kherson region.
This is stated in the court ruling.
According to the investigation, during the implementation of contract No. 16-10/53 dated October 16, 2025, budget funds may have been embezzled. The total amount of funds transferred for the performance of the works amounted to 34 046 320,19 UAH.
The court allowed investigators to seize certified copies of the contract, additional agreements, acceptance-transfer acts of completed works, schedules, specifications, design-and-estimate documentation and other materials necessary for conducting construction-technical and commodity expertise.
The court ruling is in effect until April 6, 2026.
The obtained documents are important for establishing all circumstances of the criminal proceeding and ensuring a complete and objective pre-trial investigation.
Earlier it was reported that the reconstruction of the outpatient clinic in Vysokopillia in the Kherson region was at risk of disruption due to a complaint by a tender participant.
Recall, on August 11 this year an announcement about this tender for the reconstruction from the Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration in the amount of 135,2 million UAH funded by the European Union under the Ukraine Facility instrument appeared on Prozorro.
The auction was supposed to take place on August 29. However, already on August 13 the company “Avtomahistral-Zakhid” challenged the terms of the tender.
The order on the reconstruction of the Vysokopillia settlement council into an outpatient clinic of general practice and family medicine in the settlement of Vysokopillia was published back in June 2023.
