Law enforcement officials have announced suspicion against Oksana Lyutko, a resident of the village of Vysoke in the Tyahynska community, who participated in conducting a pseudo-referendum in the Kherson region.
This is stated in the text of the suspicion, which is published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, in the autumn of 2022 Lyutko voluntarily agreed to the proposal of representatives of the occupation administration and was appointed to the position of a member of the so-called precinct election commission No. 807 in the village of Vysoke.
In particular, she took part in door-to-door visits of local residents accompanied by armed Russian servicemen and ensured the process of illegal voting.
In addition, she urged fellow villagers to take part in the pseudo-referendum.
Oksana Lyutko is suspected under Part 2 of Art. 28 and Part 5 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – participation in organizing illegal referendums by prior conspiracy of a group of persons. She faces up to 10 years’ imprisonment.
