Over the first 11 months of 2025, 144 companies have closed in the Kherson region since the beginning of the year.

Thus, Kherson region became one of the regions where the fewest businesses closed during the year, second only to Luhansk.

11,223 companies closed this year in Ukraine. The spike in closures occurred in September, when 1,464 enterprises simultaneously ceased operations. A third of the closures were in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk region and Lviv region.
Recall that, compared with other regions of Ukraine Kherson region has for the past three years occupied the lowest positions in terms of investment activity. The region’s share is about 0.03% of the total volume of capital investments in Ukraine.
