The Kherson region police are investigating another war crime committed by Russian military personnel during the occupation of Velyka Oleksandrivka.
The investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson region reports this.
According to the investigation, on August 1, 2022, during the daytime, Russian military personnel, while on the premises of a private household on Nikitina Street, shot dead a 60-year-old local resident with firearms.
The police urge anyone who has any information or witnessed the event to report it via the Telegram bot @Warcrimes_Police_KhS_UA_bot.
It should be recalled that law enforcement officers are also investigating a war crime committed by Russian military on October 24, 2022, near the city of Oleshky. There, at a checkpoint, the occupiers opened fire with automatic weapons on a civilian vehicle.
