LLC “Specialized developer “Ferrumstroy” (rus, – ООО СЗ “Феррумстрой”) was registered on November 11 in the village Henicheska Hirka of Henichesk district.
According to the business connections system YouControl.World, the director of this company is a citizen of the Russian Federation, Vitaliy Novak. In the city of Novorossiysk he owns two enterprises engaged in timber trade and the production of sawn timber, as well as one agricultural company.
The founders of LLC “SZ “Ferrumstroy” are listed as the Russian company “Froida-S” and an entrepreneur from Krasnodar Krai, Ruslan Fulga.
It should be noted that recently the occupation authorities of the left bank of the Kherson region have been constantly announcing plans to build new facilities. In particular, they recently planned to erect a residential complex in Henichesk. For this, the Russians create companies to which the occupation authorities later transfer huge land plots.
