On the left bank of the Kherson region, the occupiers are introducing an “experiment” regarding the provision of guest house services.
The corresponding law was adopted by the occupying Kherson Regional Duma on November 6.
According to the document, the “experiment” will run from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027. Participation in it will be open to owners of private houses who wish to obtain the status of a “guest house”.
Among the additional requirements for such facilities — the mandatory entry of property data into the Russian state register by September 1, 2025.
