The Republic of Mordovia promised to build a children’s camp in Khorly on the left bank of the Kherson region.

As Russian officials claim, the camp is reportedly planned for “children’s recreation” and “the development of tourist infrastructure”.
Earlier we wrote that during 2025 more than 9 thousand schoolchildren from the TOT of Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions Russians moved to four cities of the Russian Federation as part of the so-called program “Cultural Map 4+85”.
Recall that in the Kherson community a pilot project to support children has started for children who were returned from temporarily occupied territories, the Russian Federation and Belarus, and their families.
In addition, children who were in the TOT of the Kherson region will be paid a one-time cash assistance of UAH 30,000.
