In the Novovorontsovska community in Kherson Oblast, they plan to upgrade the local automated centralized emergency notification system.

The Novovorontsovska rural territorial community has announced a tender worth over 9.7 million to procure services for the construction of a new automated centralized emergency notification system for the entire community.
They plan to build such a system by the end of December 2028.
Currently the process of submitting proposals is underway. They will be accepted until October 22, 2025.
Also, according to the tender documentation, candidates must meet the requirements of six quality standards developed in accordance with international standards, as well as the national standard on fire safety management of a protected facility.
It should be noted that the announced tender has already caused public outrage, about which a corresponding comment has been posted in the Prozorro system.
