The executive committee of the Kherson City Council ordered souvenir cups and pens bearing the city’s symbols for a total amount of 72,430 UAH.
As indicated on Prozorro, the city council signed two contracts with Kyiv companies.
In particular, 430 cups with Kherson symbols were ordered for 57,430 UAH. The cost per unit is approximately 133.5 UAH.
The supplier chosen was the Kyiv LLC “Fraktal Company”, which since 2020 has periodically sold various souvenir products to Ukrainian budgetary institutions.
The executive committee also ordered 500 souvenir pens with a logo that includes the coat of arms and the inscription “Kherson”. The cost of this order amounted to 15,000 UAH, i.e., 30 UAH per pen.
The winner of this lot was the Kyiv LLC “Backstage Management”. Notably, the contracting authority rejected the offer of another tender participant, sole proprietor Olena Bielik, who had proposed a price of 13,700 UAH, because her bid allegedly did not meet the requirements.
Both purchases are funded from the local budget.
