MOCT online publication is an information and analytical website that covers events in Kherson and the region regardless of political or commercial expediency.
The main goal of our resource is an adequate perception and objective evaluation of news information, the development of unbiased civic journalism, and the fight against Russian propaganda.
The MOCT editorial team develops together with the website itself. Our team gladly welcomes new people for whom an independent view of events is important.
The site was founded in September 2012 with the support of NED.
We have bold and ambitious plans – we want to always stay close to our readers, to become their main reliable source of news about Kherson and the Kherson region. We are convinced that access to news should be easy and convenient, and that Kherson news can be more interesting than national news.
On July 20, 2023, MOCT was included by the National Council in the Register of Media Entities and assigned the media identifier R40-01085.
The registrant and ultimate owner of the media is Serhii Valeriiovych Nikitenko.
