Law enforcement officers notified of suspicion against Nadiivka resident of Kherson region Alina Katsidan, who in September 2023 was elected a deputy of the occupation council of deputies in the settlement of Chaplynka.
The text of the suspicion was published on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Katsidan systematically takes part in the activities of the occupation council and joins in organizing events of the occupation administration – the so-called Victory Day and Russia Day.
The woman is suspected under Part 1 of Article 28 and Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall, Alina Katsidan is the wife of Maksym Katsidan, who heads the village of Khrestivka on behalf of the occupiers. In May 2024 he received a suspicion of collaborationism.
