The court issued a verdict against the occupation police officer from Kherson region, Andriy Kondratenko.
The verdict was published on the website of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.
As the investigation established, in the summer of 2022 Kondratenko took the position of acting head of the convoy department of the escort unit in the so-called Skadovsk District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kherson Oblast, which the Russians stationed in the building of the Skadovsk District Police Department of the National Police Main Directorate in Kherson Oblast.
Witnesses in court said that before the full-scale invasion Kondratenko lived in Lazurne and almost immediately after the capture of the Skadovsk district agreed to work for the occupiers.
In the summer of 2022 he began working in the Russian police in Skadovsk, but often traveled to Lazurne. According to one of the witnesses, he wore a Russian police uniform, carried a weapon, and took part in searches of local residents.
After examining the evidence, the court in absentia found Andriy Kondratenko guilty of collaborationist activity (part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
He was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all property.
