Residents of temporarily occupied Oleshky on the left bank of the Kherson region were urged not to try to leave the city by car toward Radenka due to the danger of mined roads.
This was reported in one of the public pages by volunteer Ksenia Arkhipova.
According to Arkhipova, on July 22 an ambulance exploded in Oleshky. The driver, according to preliminary information, was killed.
“Any vehicle that is currently moving in this direction exposes people to mortal danger,” the message reads.
Recall that in June 2026 Russia finally recognized a humanitarian catastrophe in Oleshky.
Ukraine called on the UN Secretary-General and international partners to pressure Russia to ensure compliance with international humanitarian law and to create safe conditions for the evacuation of the civilian population.
On June 2 at the entrance to Oleshky a column of civilian vehicles was blown up by a mine. The vehicles were carrying food and humanitarian aid to the city.
