Ukrainian law enforcement officers have put Anzhela Andriushchenko, the first deputy head of the occupation administration of Kakhovka, on the wanted list.
The relevant information was published in the register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The date of Andriushchenko’s disappearance is considered to be July 31, 2025.

In July, investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region announced a suspicion of collaborationism against Anzhela Andriushchenko.
According to investigation materials, in June 2024 she voluntarily agreed to take the position of first deputy head of the occupation administration of Kakhovka, that is, she became the deputy of the collaborator Pavlo Filipchuk.
Andriushchenko is responsible for internal policy and agriculture. Various departments related to policy, public relations and media, as well as agriculture, operate under her leadership.
According to open-source data, before the full-scale invasion she lived in the town of Tavriisk in Kakhovka district of Kherson region. There she was engaged in entrepreneurial activity and was registered as a sole proprietor (FOP).
From 2018 to 2021 Andriushchenko even participated in small tenders. She supplied furniture, office equipment, seals and other goods for budgetary institutions in the territory of Kakhovka district.
In 2015 she ran for the Kherson Regional Council from the pro-Russian party “Socialists”, which is now banned in Ukraine.
