A mother and her 11-year-old daughter were evacuated from a village near Kherson. The family is leaving their home for the second time because of the war.
This was reported by the Kherson regional police.
“Their home remained on the left bank of the region, which is currently under occupation. After losing their home, the mother and child settled in a suburb of Kherson. However, recently the situation has significantly worsened. Shelling has increased, and staying there, especially with a child, has become extremely dangerous. Recognizing the risks to her daughter’s life and health, the woman made a difficult but necessary decision – to evacuate”, – they noted there.
For now, the mother and child will live in a relative’s apartment in one of Kherson’s districts.
Earlier we wrote that in Beryslav Russian forces attacked an evacuation vehicle with drones that was carrying volunteers and local residents. As a result of the strike the vehicle burned, and one person was killed.
