To the territory under Ukrainian control from the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region it was possible to return one child and one adult who had been among children deprived of parental care.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military-Civilian Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
Those rescued are currently safe and are receiving necessary assistance.
According to Prokudin, since the beginning of 2026, 37 children have already been returned from temporarily occupied communities of Kherson region.
As a reminder, in total to the territory under Ukrainian control were returned 731 children from temporarily occupied communities of Kherson region.
