The Department of City Marketing and Tourism of the Kherson City Council will receive more than eight million hryvnias for 2026.
This is stated in the budget approved by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shank.
Total expenditures of the department will amount to 7 945 238 hryvnias, of which 4 642 451 hryvnias will be allocated for salaries. For utilities and energy carriers 101 911 hryvnias will be allocated, and 96 000 hryvnias — for development expenditures.
Separately, 246 700 hryvnias are provided for the implementation of programs and activities in the field of tourism and resorts.
For other measures related to economic activity, 1 911 720 hryvnias will be allocated, of which 252 000 hryvnias — for salaries.
The budget allocates 19 200 hryvnias for improving the qualifications of local council deputies and local government officials.
In addition, 5 863 618 hryvnias are provided for leadership and management in the relevant sphere in cities (the city of Kyiv), towns, villages and territorial communities.
Earlier we wrote that in the Kherson community they approved the Comprehensive Program “Health of Kherson residents”, which will come into effect in 2026 and will last until the end of 2028. In total, for the health care of the community residents, in particular for services beyond the scope of state guarantees, they plan to allocate more than UAH 32.6 million from the local budget.
