As a result of a UAV attack on an Interior Ministry training ground of the Russian Federation in the area of the settlement Lazurne, 5 Russian police officers were killed and 6 others were injured. None of them were local police officers.
This was reported on the Telegram channel “Spy’s Dossier”.
According to the authors of the anonymous channel, which constantly publishes data on similar strikes, the incident occurred on 28 February 2026.
At the time of the strike, live-fire drills were being conducted at the training ground for employees of OMVS “Hola Prystan”.
The following were killed in the first UAV strike:
1. Timinskyi Dmytro Volodymyrovych, major, deputy head of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (previous place of service – Moscow);
2. Sazhin Oleksii Mykolaiovych, senior lieutenant, inspector of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Yaroslavl);
3. Beresniov Yevhen Oleksiiovych, lieutenant, inspector of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Kirov);
4. Velmamedova Veronika Velmamedivna, lieutenant, inspector of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Khanty-Mansiysk);
5. Saushkin Andrii Serhiiovych, lieutenant, inspector of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Tatarstan);
Injured:
1. Chipusov Aksel Andranikovych, major, deputy head of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Republic of Adygea);
2. Troshin Kostyantyn Oleksandrovych, lieutenant colonel, head of UUP of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Kirov);
3. Duplenko Artem Serhiiovych, lieutenant, inspector of OMVS “Hola Prystan” (Amur Oblast);
4. Yelokhin Volodymyr Dmytrovych, police sergeant, PPS platoon (Sverdlovsk Oblast);
5. Ilin Mykhailo Yuriiovych, junior police sergeant, PKS platoon (Sverdlovsk Oblast);
Half an hour later, the head of OMVS “Hola Prystan”, Lieutenant Colonel Shcheglov Oleksandr Olegovych, arrived at the scene. At that time the site was struck again by a UAV. Lieutenant Colonel Shcheglov sustained serious shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and lower limbs.
It is also known about the injury of the 11-year-old son of the deputy head of OMVS “Hola Prystan”, Lieutenant Colonel Sesorov Volodymyr Yuriiovych (avulsion of the lower jaw).
