On January 27 the High Council of Justice adopted a decision to dismiss Lyubov Nemchenko, a judge of the Commercial Court of Kherson Oblast.
This is stated on the website of Ukraine’s judiciary.
The grounds for dismissal were the judge’s prolonged failure to arrive from the temporarily occupied territory to administer justice in Odesa, where she had been assigned.
Such actions indicate that the judge committed a disciplinary offense specified in paragraph 3 of part one of Article 106 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, namely engaging in behavior that tarnishes the status of a judge and undermines the authority of the judiciary.
Earlier we wrote that the High Council of Justice made a decision to dismiss Olga Kisilyova from the position of judge of the Kherson District Administrative Court.
