The High Council of Justice, having considered the recommendation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, decided to submit to the President of Ukraine a petition for the appointment of Oleksandra Razgulyaieva to the position of judge of the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
This is stated in the decision of the High Council of Justice.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine already on 22 December 2025 adopted a decision recommending Razgulyaieva for appointment.
As a result of the qualification assessment within the competition, Oleksandra Razgulyaieva took a high 21st place.
By Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 25 July 2013, Oleksandra Razgulyaieva was appointed to the position of judge of the Nyzhni Sirohozy District Court of Kherson region for a term of five years.
On 12 December 2019 she was appointed to the position of judge of this court permanently.
According to the decision of the Head of the Supreme Court dated 6 June 2022, she was seconded to the Tarashcha District Court of Kyiv region.
