In the Kakhovka community, programs were approved for one-time financial assistance to children who are internally displaced persons living in territory controlled by Ukraine.

According to the program, until November 20, 2025 – Children’s Day – parents or legal representatives of minor internally displaced children aged 0 to 18 can receive financial assistance in the amount of 2000 UAH for each child. The recipient of the funds may be one of the parents registered in the Kakhovska UTC.
The assistance is provided only if both the child and the applicant have IDP status and reside in territory controlled by Ukraine.
To receive the assistance, the following documents are required:
- an application from one of the parents or a guardian with consent to the processing of personal data;
- a copy of an extract from the territorial community register confirming the applicant’s place of residence in the Kakhovska UTC;
- documents establishing guardianship (if the application is submitted by a guardian);
- copies of passports of parents/guardians and children (as applicable), or copies of ID cards;
- a copy of the child’s birth certificate (for children under 14 years);
- a copy of the applicant’s RNOKPP (or the passport page with a mark of refusal of the code);
- a copy of the IDP certificates of the applicant and the child;
- a certificate from a bank for the transfer of funds.
Documents must be certified by the applicant and submitted in PDF format to one of the email addresses: [email protected] або [email protected].
Acceptance of documents continues until December 15, 2025. The commission reviews applications within 14 working days.
It is noted that assistance may be denied if the documents are not submitted in full or contain false information.
