In Kherson in the morning Russian drones massively attacked a multi-storey residential building in the Dnipro District of the city. As a result of the strike, a large-scale fire broke out, which destroyed 36 apartments where 63 residents lived.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Military Civil Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
In addition, as a result of the shelling 8 people were injured. An 86-year-old local resident died on the spot.

It is noted that Resilience Points were deployed in the city, where the victims were provided with humanitarian kits, consultations and assistance with processing documents for receiving cash payments.
For those who needed temporary housing, an evacuation to a transit center was organized. Currently 17 people are already placed in temporary accommodation and provided with everything necessary.
In addition, at the request of a mother with two children, an evacuation to a safer region of Ukraine was organized.
