The High Council of Justice canceled the suspension of the judge of the Chaplynka District Court of Kherson region, Oleksandr Dyudyun, who was accused of bribery.
The corresponding decision was adopted by the High Council of Justice on October 14.
Following the session of the High Council of Justice, Dyudyun was seconded to the Liubashivka District Court of Odesa region.
Recall that in 2012 the Prosecutor General’s Office accused Dyudyun of receiving a bribe in the amount of 110,000 hryvnias for a favorable resolution of a land issue. At that time a preventive measure was chosen for him – a written undertaking not to leave and seizure of property. However, after the Russian occupation of Crimea the case was not closed, because it was being heard in the Dzhankoy Court, and the materials were effectively lost.
In February 2025 the Desnianskyi District Court of Kyiv, at Dyudyun’s own request, closed the proceedings due to the impossibility of restoring the case materials.
According to the declaration he submitted for 2024, while not administering justice, his salary amounted to 884,625 hryvnias.
In addition, he declared a VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT car worth 97,000 hryvnias, and two more cars SKODA OCTAVIA A5, without indicating their value. He also declared a payment as an internally displaced person (IDP) and social payments from the relevant budget.
