Pupils of the Chornobaivka Sports School won prize places at the Mykolaiv Oblast weightlifting championship.

On June 20 in the city of Nova Odesa an open Mykolaiv Oblast weightlifting championship for juniors under 20 and a tournament in memory of Honored Coach of Ukraine Mykhailo Spivak took place. Athletes from Chornobaivka under the direction of coach Anatolii Baziliuk took several prize places in their weight categories.
In the 48 kg weight category Svitlana Oryovina won the gold of the regional championship and the silver of the tournament, while Yana Oryovina won the silver medal of the championship and the bronze of the tournament.
Among athletes in the 60 kg weight category Maksym Sergeev took first place at the championship and second place at the tournament, and Kirill Muzaffarov became the tournament’s bronze medalist.
