At the state level, the issue of possible optimization of the military administrations of temporarily occupied communities is being considered.
This was stated in an interview with Ukrinform by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, such administrations currently have only 4-5 people working, who essentially handle running the hubs.
At the same time, Prokudin emphasized the absence of a comprehensive state policy regarding support for internally displaced persons, which causes displaced people to encounter problems when obtaining social services and accessing administrative institutions.
The head of the Kherson Regional State Administration noted that if a clear state system is created, the military administrations of occupied territories can be dissolved, and their specialists transferred to the staff of the regional administration or local authorities in the de-occupied territories.
Recall that almost 70% of the Kherson region remains under the control of Russian military forces – that is 468 towns, villages and settlements on the left bank.
