Oleksandrivka of the Stanislav community was left without medical staff. The situation became critical after the death of a local nurse as a result of an attack by a Russian drone and the departure of another employee.

According to him, a nurse from Oleksandrivka, Olena Vovk, died as a result of an occupiers’ drone attack. After this tragedy, another nurse who worked at the local feldsher-midwife station (FAP) decided to resign and leave the settlement.
“Now in Oleksandrivka there is no one to provide medical care. We only deliver medicines to them, there is no other way out”, — Babutskyi noted.
Overall, according to the Regional Military Administration, on the right-bank part of the oblast almost all hospitals in the region suffered damage, however in Kherson as of January 2026 continued to operate 42 healthcare institutions, which include about 130 medical establishments. Medical assistance is provided to residents by approximately 2,200 specialists, among them about 670 doctors.
