Today, April 4, in Odesa they laid to rest the serviceman from Inhulets in the Kherson region, Ruslan Yarosh, who had long been considered missing.
This was told to Suspilne by the deceased’s wife, Natalia Yarosh.
Ruslan Mykolayovych Yarosh was born on April 26, 1977, in Inhulets. He lived his whole life in Kherson. He taught history at the Kherson State Maritime Academy, was an operative officer in the criminal investigation department of the Dnipro District Police Department of Kherson city, and a security specialist at PT “Doncredit”.
“Ruslan voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the fall of 2022. He was a driver in the 77th Separate Airmobile Nadnipryanska Brigade on the eastern front. He was killed while carrying out a combat mission on July 17, 2025. For a long time he was considered missing,” said Natalia.
Ruslan Yarosh was 48 years old. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, his parents and a sister.
As a reminder, the Irpin community recently laid to rest 45-year-old serviceman from Kherson, Oleksiy Haran, who was killed while carrying out a combat mission.
