All communities in Kherson Oblast occupied by the Russians have been left without electricity, either completely or partially.
This was reported by Volodymyr Saldo, the occupation head of the region appointed by the Russians.
According to him, energy workers and emergency services are already working on site. They are trying to restore electricity as quickly as possible.
At present, the timing of a full restoration of electricity has not been specified.
The causes of the outages are also not being reported, but earlier Saldo reported “emergency” outages.
